Sunita has broad experience advising on all aspects of property law. She regularly advises institutional, private, foreign and Australian clients on off-the-plan developments, acquisitions and disposals, owners corporation matters and lease transactions. Sunita’s current projects include land and built-form residential, mixed use, retail and office projects. Her knowledge of property development industry issues, trends and solutions enables her to provide practical, solution-focused advice to her clients.

Experience

• Mirvac

  Advising on Mirvac's Tullamore project located on the former Eastern Golf Course in Doncaster (including the apartment buildings of Phoenix and Folia). Sunita has advised on establishing the master contracts of sale for each stage of the project, advised on purchaser contract amendments and assisted with managing volume conveyancing and broader project delivery.

• Stockland

  Advising on the acquisition of 975 Donnybrook Road and acting on the sale of Tooronga shopping centre.

• 3L Alliance

  Acting for 3L Alliance on its 78-level twin tower residential and mixed-use development in Queen Street, Melbourne.

• Apartment projects

  Acted for a range of private developers in relation to their apartment project portfolios. Her involvement includes advising on and negotiating site acquisitions, drafting master contracts of sale for off-the-plan sales, advising clients on owners corporation matters and negotiations with purchasers.
