Advising on Mirvac's Tullamore project located on the former Eastern Golf Course in Doncaster (including the apartment buildings of Phoenix and Folia). Sunita has advised on establishing the master contracts of sale for each stage of the project, advised on purchaser contract amendments and assisted with managing volume conveyancing and broader project delivery.
