Experience

  • Department of Defence

    Advised the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group on the establishment of the Defence Support Services Panel which offers services to all Australian Government agencies. This included providing probity advice on a multi-stage procurement and lengthy competitive dialogue process to appoint four Defence industry suppliers to a new Major Services Providers panel, with the intent to streamline Defence’s service provider arrangements and to allow Defence to engage more effectively with industry.

  • Department of Communications and the Arts

    Provided probity advice on tender processes for the provision of emergency call services and the appointment of an Emergency Call Person, as well as the procurement for the National Relay Service, an Australia-wide phone service for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment.

  • Department of the Environment and Energy (Australian Antarctic Division), Department of Defence, Department of Education, Skills and Employment

    Investigated complaints from affected tenderers or stakeholders about government procurement processes for a variety of Commonwealth clients. He has also performed probity audits and assisted agencies with complaints-handling generally.

  • National Disability Insurance Agency

    Advised on multiple grant rounds of the Partners in the Community Program which supports the implementation of the NDIS at a local community and enables NDIA to partner with suitably experienced and qualified organisations to deliver Local Area Coordination services and Early Childhood Early Intervention Services.
