Advising The Growth Fund (previously Archer Growth) on a number of acquisitions, including a majority stake in the Team Moto dealership business, Fuelfix, Laser Clinics Australia. He has also advised portfolio businesses on bolt-on acquisitions and has advised The Growth Fund on various divestments.
Acted for LivingSocial on its acquisition of a controlling stake (and subsequent acquisition of the entire stake) in Jump on It, a daily deals aggregator website.
