Maddocks advises Hunter Douglas on its acquisition in Australia of Wynstan Designs

Maddocks has advised Hunter Douglas, the international window coverings and architectural products business, on its acquisition in Australia of Wynstan Designs, an established Australian retailer and manufacturer of blinds, doors, shutters, and awnings.
In supporting Hunter Douglas in this acquisition, Maddocks provided a range of structuring, tax, employment, property, and of course, M&A advice.
The Maddocks team was led by Corporate Partner Duncan Hall and Special Counsel Bernardo Wood, with support from Tax Partner, Andrew Wright.
