Maddocks advises TriVantage Holdings on acquisition of sportswear business 2XU
Maddocks has advised TriVantage Holdings Pte. Ltd. on its acquisition of Australian sportswear brand 2XU, expanding its presence into the sports apparel industry.

The acquisition will enable the further expansion of the 2XU brand with the aim to grow its presence in North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
The Maddocks team was led by Partner Rahil Patel and supported by Senior Associate Sophie Ryan and Lawyer Ashish Achar in the Commercial Team and Special Counsel Paula Nassif from the Banking & Finance Team.
