About Rahil
Rahil is an experienced private equity and venture capital lawyer focused on acquisitions, including managing consortium bids. He also specialises in disposals through competitive sale processes, and advising on distressed restructures, governance and foreign investment issues.
Rahil was previously general counsel of a global consumer business based in South-East Asia and owned by a consortium of leading private equity and institutional investors. He has deep cross-border experience and brings a pragmatic and solution-orientated approach to matters he advises on.
Rahil has worked across a number of sectors, including consumer, retail and manufacturing, with experience practicing in Sydney and London.
