About Rahil

Rahil is a corporate lawyer that specialises in M&A and corporate advisory. Rahil also regularly advises on employee incentive plans, restructures, governance and foreign investment issues.

Rahil was previously general counsel of a global consumer business based in South-East Asia and owned by a consortium of leading private equity and institutional investors. He has a strong and growing list of connections that he regularly cross-refers, particularly in the private equity and venture capital space as well as in the consumer, tech/fin-tech, agri-business and financial services industry sectors.

Having worked in-house, Rahil brings a pragmatic and solution-orientated approach to matters he advises on. Rahil has advised on an extensive list of deals in his career, having practiced in both Sydney, Australia and London, UK.

    • TSA Riley, a portfolio company of Quadrant – advising on its acquisition of consulting business RGB Assurance.
    • Quadrant Strategic Equity Fund – platform acquisition (unsuccessful)
    • Real Pet Food – advising on a capital raise in excess of $200 million.
    • Pacific Equity Partners – advising on its acquisition of Australian traffic management business Altus Traffic and its concurrent bolt-on acquisition of Victorian-based traffic management business Traffic Diversions Group.
    • Hosen Capital, Temasek, New Hope, CIC et al – advising a consortium on its acquisition from Quadrant of Real Pet Food for A$1 billion.
    • Intermediate Capital Group – advising on its acquisition of PresMed Australia.
