Over the last few years we have helped many of our Victorian Local Government clients undertake significant digital transformations. These transformations often include a transfer from on-premise solutions to cloud services and products, as cloud solutions can offer substantial cost and efficiency benefits. However, implementing cloud products can still be a complex process which carries material risk.
