  • Commonwealth Department of Health

    Drafting and advising on the National Diabetes Services Scheme Agreement with Diabetes Australia to facilitate the supply of subsidised products and services to over one million people with diabetes. Drafting and negotiating the approach to market documentation for suppliers of Continuous Glucose Monitoring Technology for inclusion on the National Diabetes Services Scheme for certain children and young adults under 21 years old facing extra challenges managing their diabetes.

  • Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety

    Advising on a range of procurement matters, including procurement of services to implement a business critical system to manage transactions worth over $500 million in state revenue each year, and procurement of administrative services to support the functions of the Infringement Management and Enforcement Services business unit.

  • One of Australia’s largest accounting firms

    Acting on a project whereby it replaced all existing systems for finance, document management and CRM with a cloud-based SAAS solution. Reviewing and advising on supplier agreements and negotiating agreed outcomes with all suppliers, including Salesforce, iManage and FinanceForce. This project involved negotiating and agreeing six different agreements with vendors located in the US, Singapore, the UK and Australi

  • Justice Health

    Advising on its contracts with outsourced health and mental health service to prisoners in State custody, and advising in connection with a funding and services agreement with St Vincent’s Hospital to provide a program for the assessment and management of prisoners with hepatitis B and C in the Victorian custodial system.
