Special counsel Mark Kemp has joined Maddocks market-leading Development team.
Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property and infrastructure transactions, with extensive experience managing large, complex property development projects for local and overseas developers. He is also experienced in retail leasing and commercial property.
Mark joins Maddocks from Thomson Geer where he managed the Off the Plan Project team.
Development practice head Nick Holuigue said Mark complements the team’s strong senior capability.
‘Mark is a great addition to our Development team and will play a key role in working with our diverse client base across many sectors of the development space,’ Nick said.
