About Alannah

Alannah is an experienced commercial and technology lawyer. She advises clients on information technology, intellectual property, telecommunications regulation, privacy and general commercial matters. Alannah has experience drafting and negotiating all manner of information technology agreements including software licences, services agreements and contracts for the procurement of hardware and other deliverables.

Alannah previously worked in the funds and investment management team of a global firm in Hong Kong, advising an international client base on all aspects of investment funds.
