About Alexandra

Alexandra has broad experience dealing with property law issues that arise throughout the development project lifecycle. She regularly advises institutional and boutique property developers and private clients on off-the-plan developments, acquisitions and disposals and leasing transactions. Alexandra’s work currently includes land (including greenfield/master planned communities), built-form and mixed-use residential projects.

Alexandra’s experience within the property development space enables her to provide solution-focused advice to meet her client’s desired commercial outcomes.

Experience

• Melbourne Square

  Advising on OSK’s multi-tower Melbourne Square project in Southbank. Alexandra has significant responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, including preparation of contracts and relates documents, negotiations with purchasers and FIRB compliance.

• National Pacific Properties

  Advises on the mixed-use, master-planned communities at Eliston and Hartleigh including preparation of master contacts for each stage of the developments, section 173 agreements and management of volume conveyancing.

• Wel.Co

  Acts for Wel.Co on its Key West and Winton residential land developments and assists with site acquisitions including all aspects of legal due diligence and contract negotiations.

• Apartment projects

  Acts for a range of private developers on their apartment and mixed-use projects, including Metro Properties, VIMG and Fortis Group. She advises on and negotiates site acquisitions, prepares master contracts and associated documentation for off-the plan sales, assists with negotiations with purchasers and advises on various property and related issues that arise during the life of a project.
