Amelia has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including services agreements, technology (including SaaS) agreements and intergovernmental agreements, advising on non-litigious contractual disputes, advising on legislative compliance and preparing applications for authorisation to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission under Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Department of Justice and Community Safety
Advising the Department of Justice and Community Safety on a major procurement project related to justice transport services. Amelia provided strategy advice, prepared contracts and related documents and reviewed RFTs and specifications.

Solar Victoria (Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action)
Advising on the $1.3 billion Solar for Homes program including on legislative, governance and compliance issues.

Department of Families, Fairness and Housing
Advising on the Commissioner for Gender Equality in the Public Sector’s powers and functions under the new Gender Equality Act 2020 (Vic).

Advising private and public sector clients on outsourcing, ICT and related services procurement and development including tendering and ICT procurement dispute avoidance and resolution strategies and non-litigious dispute resolution.
