Maddocks is making a difference with its pro bono work, offering crucial aid across the community

Maddocks is pleased to announce the release of our Pro Bono FY25 in Review report.
This year, we proudly assisted 288 pro bono clients and worked on more than 577 pro bono matters. We’re also pleased to share that we exceeded the national pro bono target of 35 hours per full-time lawyer.
It has been a privilege to collaborate with our pro bono clients, from Traditional Owners to community legal centres and individuals across our communities. We’re grateful to have played a role in achieving meaningful outcomes in the places where we live and work.
CEO David Newman reflected on the program: “Each year we go from strength to strength with our pro bono program, and this year is no exception. We are proud of the work our lawyers undertake to make a significant impact on our community.”
A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to all Maddocks staff who have dedicated their time, expertise, and passion to these matters. We look forward to continuing our commitment to community support, driven by purpose and quality.
