About Andrew

Andrew is a leading construction and infrastructure lawyer with a long track record of playing a lead role in many of Australia's most significant major projects. He advises both public sector and private sector clients on all aspects of project delivery, including outsourcing and procurement, and project agreements.

Andrew also advises on construction contracts, operating agreements and other project documents. In particular, he has vast experience in complex construction and infrastructure projects and particular expertise in Public Private Partnerships. Andrew is also co-head of the firm's Built Environment Sector team.

  Advising Goulburn Murray Water on major upgrade and modernisation of its water irrigation network in northern Victoria.

• VicRoads

  Advising VicRoads on a variety of road infrastructure projects, including its state-wide highway safety barrier program

• Western Roads Upgrade PPP

  Advising the D&C contractor on all aspects of its successful bid for this PPP.

• Westgate Tunnel project

  Advising a D&C joint venture on its bid for this major urban road project.

• ACT Law Courts PPP project

  Advising Macquarie Capital and Laing O'Rourke consortium on its successful bid for this PPP project and ongoing project advice on implementation issues and refinancing.
