About Bob

Bob is a Partner in the Real Estate practice group in Sydney. He advises property developers, investors and government agencies on complex property matters, delivering strategic and practical solutions that drive successful outcomes.

With a career spanning nearly three decades, Bob focuses on the full lifecycle of residential property development, including site acquisitions, due diligence, structuring, titling, off the plan sales and large scale conveyancing for residential and mixed-use projects. He also prepares contracts, management statements and by-laws for strata and community schemes, and advises on complex easement instruments.

In addition to his residential development work, Bob provides commercially focused advice on commercial and retail leasing, whole building acquisitions for property owners and funds, and general real estate transactions.

Bob is an active member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW), including the Strata and Building Regulations Committee.
