Leading Australian law firm Maddocks has announced the appointment of Bob Miljevic as Partner in its Real Estate practice group in Sydney, effective today. Bob joins from Colin Biggers & Paisley, where he has been a Partner since 2015.

Bob brings nearly three decades of experience advising property developers, investors and government agencies on complex property matters. His practice focuses on the full lifecycle of residential property development, including site acquisitions, titling, off the plan sales and the preparation of contracts, management statements and by-laws for strata and community schemes. He also advises on commercial and retail leasing and whole building acquisitions for property owners and funds.

Bob's appointment is central to Maddocks' strategic commitment to growing its Development Sector presence in NSW. His arrival further elevates the firm's capacity to service high volume development conveyancing and complex property transactions across the NSW market.

Recognised for his pioneering adoption of electronic contracts and technology driven efficiencies in conveyancing, Bob is regarded for systematising processes to ensure efficiency and compliance throughout every stage of the development lifecycle.

Bob is an active member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW), including the Strata and Building Regulations Committee.
