About Chloe
Chloe advises clients on a broad range of commercial, technology, media and intellectual property matters. In the technology sector, she acts for clients on both the customer and supplier side on a range of complex and business as usual technology matters including software licensing, sponsorship, and cloud based offerings.
She has significant experience reviewing and advising on various agreements, including for the licensing of software and other technology agreements and has significant experience advising on uplifting standard form contracts for compliance with the Unfair Contract Terms Regime.
Prior to joining Maddocks, Chloe was a lawyer in a commercial firm focusing on litigious and non-litigious intellectual property matters for government and private clients.

Advising the global software company on negotiations with its Australian customers for the provision of business critical software products and associated services. Working closely with Adobe’s legal team, commercial leads and technical professionals, and acting as an extension of the legal team.

Providing pro bono advice to the Black Dog Institute, a not-for-profit medical research institute focused on mental health and suicide prevention, on a wide range of intellectual property and commercial matters relating to collaborative research and partnerships.

Advising a number of private clients in various sectors on uplifting standard form contracts for compliance with the Unfair Contract Terms regime ahead of the November 2023 compliance date.
