Cynthia advises on a broad range of real estate and property development law matters including overseeing large scale property developments for the sale of off the plan properties, negotiations for the sale and purchase of commercial proprieties, commercial leasing residential sales and development sites including related due diligence.

Cynthia’s portfolio consists of a combination of large scale multi-storey apartment, mixed use developments and land development projects across both regional and metropolitan Victoria.

Experience

• Mirvac

  Advised on Mirvac’s Smiths Lane and Olivine projects located in Donnybrook and Clyde North. Cynthia has advised on establishing master contracts of sale, advised on purchaser contract amendments and display village contracts of sale and coordinating super lot settlements and other development considerations, including Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution and Melbourne Strategic Assessment

• Woodlea

  Advised on its Woodlea project in Aintree, a multi-stage residential development. Cynthia has advised on establishing pre-sale documents for the project, managing the sales process for each stage release and management of the broader project delivery

• Slatterly Property Group

  Assisted with Satterley’s land developments at Bluestone, St Helena, Botanical, Heartford and True North. Day-to-day Cynthia assists with land development aspects within each estate, including drafting land contracts of sale, preparing for land bulk settlements, preparing access licences for Display Village participants, preparation of house and land package contracts sold under auction and section 173 agreements.

• Evolve

  Acted in respect of its Arramont development in Wollert. Cynthia assisted in the sale contracts, managing staged settlements and assisted with post registration matters. Cynthia also assisted with a general law adverse possession matter.

• AV Jennings

  Acted in respect of its Waterline Place, Williamstown project which includes high-density apartments and house and land packages. Cynthia has advised on leaseback arrangements and preparation of master apartment and townhouse contracts of sale.
