About Daniel

Daniel advises banks, non-bank lenders, insolvency practitioners, turnaround professionals and corporates on complex restructuring, insolvency and special situations matters. He has extensive experience acting in voluntary administrations, receiverships, liquidations, debt restructures and distressed transactions.

Daniel has worked on a number of high-profile Australian insolvencies and restructures, acting for major financial institutions and leading insolvency firms across a range of industries including construction, retail, mining, agriculture, education, technology and financial services. His experience includes advising major domestic and non-domestic banks, non-bank lenders and each of the major consulting firms. He also has significant in-house experience, having worked on secondment in the restructuring and workout teams of two of Australia’s largest domestic banks.

Daniel has been an active contributor to the restructuring and insolvency profession, previously serving on the ARITA Young Professionals Committee (NSW Division), including in leadership roles as Chair and Co-Deputy Chair.
