About Jane

Jane specialises in insolvency and restructuring law. She has experience acting for clients across a range of industries, advising on corporate insolvency processes, restructuring strategies and securities enforcement.

Jane also has experience in litigious matters and has acted for clients in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court.

Experience

• Banks and Private Lenders

  Acting for banks and private lenders in relation to security reviews and enforcements issues (including appointments of receivers and/or agents for mortgagees in possession). 

• Liquidations

  Acting for liquidators in a range of recovery proceedings including, insolvent trading claims, applications regarding distributions to creditors and remuneration issues. 

• PPSR and Security interests

  Advising on the creation, registration and enforcement of security interests under the Personal Property and Securities Act 2009 (Cth) including, PPSR registrations, priority disputes and defect rectification.
