About Kieran

Kieran acts for and advises clients in a wide range of disputes, both in formal court and arbitration proceedings, as well as statutory adjudications. He also has deep experience in alternative dispute resolution environments, including conciliation, negotiation and mediation. Kieran’s particular expertise is advising clients of their rights and liability in relation to defect claims, and managing risk and strategy in prosecuting and defending such claims.

Kieran’s experience has covered a range of dispute resolution and advice work, including issues arising from construction and infrastructure projects for government departments, developers, head contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
