Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for customer-side clients and supplier-side clients, including technology agreements, sponsorship agreements, licensing agreements and agreements with telecommunication service providers.

Advising a range of public and private sector clients on national and state and territory specific privacy and surveillance laws, including in relation to spam, artificial intelligence, CCTV and surveillance.

- Conducting complex Privacy Impact Assessments for new products, services and technology solutions implemented by private and government clients.
- Drafting key privacy and data management policies, including updating or drafting of Data Retention and Destruction Policies, APP 1 Privacy Policies, Employee Privacy Policies, and developing and delivering privacy training for staff.
