Radhika provides a broad range of regulatory advisory and transactional support to ASX-listed, multinational and government clients, with a focus on privacy, intellectual property, telecommunications and information technology. 

Radhika regularly advises customer and suppliers on a broad spectrum of technology matters, including cloud-based solutions, software licensing agreements and procurement.

Experience

  • Transactional IP and technology

    Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for customer-side clients and supplier-side clients, including technology agreements, sponsorship agreements, licensing agreements and agreements with telecommunication service providers.

  • Privacy, data and information law

    Advising a range of public and private sector clients on national and state and territory specific privacy and surveillance laws, including in relation to spam, artificial intelligence, CCTV and surveillance.

  • Cyber and data resilience
    • Conducting complex Privacy Impact Assessments for new products, services and technology solutions implemented by private and government clients.
       
    • Drafting key privacy and data management policies, including updating or drafting of Data Retention and Destruction Policies, APP 1 Privacy Policies, Employee Privacy Policies, and developing and delivering privacy training for staff.
  • Black Dog Institute

    Providing pro bono advice to the Black Dog Institute, a not-for-profit medical research institute focused on mental health and suicide prevention, on a wide range of intellectual property and commercial matters relating to collaborative research and partnerships.
