Sophie is a Senior Associate at Maddocks and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, having previously practised in Ireland. She regularly acts for both private equity funds and companies seeking funding across a broad range of industries. Sophie also advises clients on general corporate governance matters.
