Haulaway Divestment

A privately owned business
founded in 1983, Haulaway supplies the commercial industry, local government
and residents across Melbourne with a range of waste solutions.
The 100% divestment of the business has seen Haulaway consolidated into WSG’s operations including its Transfer Station, Haulaway’s post collections capability.
WSG is owned by the UK-based private equity group, Livingbridge.
Using its deep experience of advising on founder exits and divestments, the Maddocks Commercial team advised the owners of Haulaway, working alongside PwC Australia, to bring the transaction to fruition.
