Maddocks has advised the founders of Advancy Australia on its sale of the business to the strategy consulting arm of PwC Australia, Strategy&.

Advancy Australia is well regarded for advising private equity investors and corporate clients in the consumer, healthcare and industrials sectors. 

The Maddocks team, which assisted on all legal aspects of the sale, was led by Corporate Partner Duncan Hall with support from Special Counsel Bernardo Wood and Lawyer Joshua Lee.
