Maddocks announces appointment of three new partners

Maddocks is pleased to announce the promotion of three new partners – Billy Gialamas, Elizabeth Ireland and Meredith Kennedy.

Each of the new partners has built a strong practice at Maddocks, reflecting the firm's continued focus on delivering high-quality work across our construction, corporate and employment practices. 

  • Billy Gialamas (Construction, Melbourne): Billy is a construction and projects lawyer who advises local and state government departments and agencies, statutory authorities, consortiums, private developers and consultants in relation to construction projects. 
     
  • Elizabeth Ireland (HTMT, Sydney): Elizabeth specialises in trade marks and brand protection, and is a highly experienced intellectual property, marketing and advertising lawyer. Her experience spans all aspects of the brand and product lifecycle, from development to enforcement. 
     
  • Meredith Kennedy (Employment, Safety and People, Melbourne): Meredith is an experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer who advises and represents local and state government entities as well as clients in the health, disability and aged care sectors on all issues that touch the employment relationship.
