Maddocks announces promotions, appoints new partners
Stuart Napthali and Nick Sparks have been appointed as partners of the firm
Maddocks has today announced the promotion of two new partners.
Stuart Napthali, a Commercial practice lawyer based in Sydney, and Nick Sparks, a Development practice lawyer from Melbourne, have been promoted to partner from today.
Stuart has advised on a broad range of complex corporate transactions including private and public M&A, schemes of arrangement, strategic advice regarding corporate structure, equity capital markets work (including initial public offerings and public equity fundraising) and advising on general corporate and regulatory issues. He has also advised on a number of private equity transactions, including advising private equity firms on strategic acquisitions and assisting portfolio companies in structuring for exits.
Nick advises on all types of property developments, including industrial, residential and commercial. He acts for private and institutional clients in a range of practice areas, including acquisitions, disposals, development structuring, agreements for lease, owners corporation advice and structuring, and overseeing volume conveyancing of all types of product in the industrial and residential sectors.
Maddocks Chairman Mark Henry congratulated Stuart and Nick on their appointments.
