Having previously served as a Director of the Legal Division at the Department of Education in Victoria, Rose is adept at navigating complex legal issues in a fast paced and time sensitive environment, driving and delivering high stakes transactions and advising on matters with significant public sector and community impact.
Throughout her career, Rose has been involved in construction projects and transactions aggregating to over two billion dollars, advising on a range of legal issues related to construction contracts, consultancy agreements and supplier panels agreements. Rose’s work includes risk management, contract negotiation and compliance with Victorian legislative frameworks.
