Maddocks advises founders on sale of leading rail services business Omada Rail Systems
Maddocks is pleased to have advised the founders of Omada Rail Systems on their sale to the Egis Group.

Omada Rail System was founded in 2016 by Christopher Miller, Luke Craven, Mark Hadfield, and provides leading railway signalling project management and engineering services in the Australian rail industry.
The Maddocks team advised on all aspects of the sale, and drew on the firm’s extensive experience advising company founders on key acquisitions and divestments. The Maddocks team worked alongside sell-side financial adviser Marcus Hill, Partner at Elements Advisory Group.
The team was led by Corporate & Commercial Special Counsel Rahil Patel alongside Partners Andy McNee and Meaghan Bare, with assistance from Senior Associate Grace Turner-Mobbs and Lawyers Hugo Vlachos and Ella Clements.
Speaking about the matter, Rahil said: “We are extremely pleased to oversee and advise the founders on their sale agreement with the Egis Group. It represents a milestone moment in the growth of the company, and we are excited to see the continued development of the business under its new owners.”
