Maddocks has advised the founders of Libertas Partners on its sale to Tambla Business Services, backed by private equity fund Liverpool Partners. The combined business is one of the largest independent SAP specialists in Australia and New Zealand. 

Maddocks supported Libertas through all stages of the transaction, including structuring and execution. The Maddocks team was led by corporate partner Duncan Hall and special counsel Bernardo Wood.
