Maddocks advises on professional services sale

Maddocks has advised the shareholders of management consulting firm Exent on the sale of the company to ASX-listed professional services company Atturra Limited, supporting its strategic growth ambitions.
Headquartered in Brisbane with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, Exent specialises in strategy execution and business change, and will join Atturra’s advisory business, expanding its professional and technology services offering.
Maddocks’ Corporate team in Sydney advised Exent’s founder on all aspects of the sale, and was led by Partner Duncan Hall and Special Counsel Bernardo Wood, with support from Lawyer, Ashish Achar.
Speaking about the transaction, Duncan said: “We are delighted to have assisted the Exent team with this transaction – joining with Atturra will allow the business to achieve another level of depth and scale to expand its capabilities and achieve the next phase of growth. The Maddocks team continues to demonstrate its strong track record on assisting founders to exit their business.”
