Maddocks advises developer on key Melbourne property acquisition
We have advised Metro Property Developments on the purchase of a landmark site in Melbourne’s inner-southeast.

The redeveloped site, which officially opens on 31 August, will feature a new library, community hub, residential apartments and open space.
The Maddocks team worked closely with Inner West Council on the redevelopment of the site, which had been unused since 1990.
The team comprised lawyers with deep local government experience from across the Construction & Projects, Property and Public Law teams.
The team was partners Andrew Chapman, Alicia Albury and Patrick Ibbotson and senior associates Matthew Frazer, Brian Henson, Suzanne Rizk and Andrew McGlashan.
