Record number of firm promotions at Maddocks
Maddocks has today announced 64 people will be promoted across the firm in 2024, a record number of promotions, reflecting another solid year of growth driven by an increase in new clients and significant matters.

The promotions are:
- 11 Special Counsel
- 17 Senior Associates
- 23 Associates
- 9 Support Services
It also includes the firm’s four newly promoted partners:
- Angela Barac, Dispute Resolution – Public Law, Melbourne
- Andrew McGlashan, Construction – Construction & Projects, Sydney
- Dale McQualter, Workplace Health & Safety – ESP, Melbourne
- Rahil Patel, M&A/Corporate – Commercial, Sydney
