Maddocks advised the Hair and Beauty Group on its sale of Australian Skin Clinics to Silk Laser Australia Ltd.
Maddocks advised the Hair and Beauty Group on its sale of Australian Skin Clinics to Silk Laser Australia Ltd.
Under the $52 million deal, Silk Laser Clinics has bought 100 per cent of the shares in Australian Skin Clinics. The acquisition will see Australian Skin Clinic’s 56 outlets in Australia and New Zealand added to the Silk Laser Clinics stable.
Maddocks has a long-standing relationship with the Hair and Beauty Group, having advised the shareholders of the Hair and Beauty Group when they purchased Australian Skin Clinics and merged it with the Ella Rouge network in 2017. At the time, the entry into the skincare and cosmeceuticals industry was a significant departure from the traditional hair and beauty business of Hairhouse, and it proved very rewarding.
The Maddocks team included Greg Hipwell, Elizabeth Lilley and Alisha Wright.
