Catherine Merity is a Corporate Partner specialising in equity capital markets and M&A transactions, often acting on multi-jurisdictional deals. Catherine regularly advises domestic and international clients on matters, including IPOs, capital raisings, schemes of arrangement, private M&A, joint ventures, ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance and corporate governance. Catherine is consistently recognised by Chambers, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers for her excellence and diplomacy. She is also a finalist for Dealmaker of the Year in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards 2025.
Clare Batrouney is a Real Estate Partner, specialising in public and private transactions and projects. Clare advises on complex transactions involving statutory powers, compulsory acquisitions, and strategic property issues for government, water authorities and not-for-profits.
