Simone has advised on a broad range of transactional processes, including development agreements, construction contracts, consultant agreements, tender processes for procurement and refurbishment of retail, residential and office facilities. She specialises in the delivery of projects procured using all types of procurement models, from traditional 'construct only' and 'design and construct' models through to managing contractor models and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).
Court Services Victoria
Acting for Court Services Victoria on the redevelopment and refurbishment of more than 15 individual courthouses in Victoria and the procurement of a major, long term infrastructure maintenance contract for all court facilities in the State. This includes advising on the $250m upcoming Bendigo Courts Project.
